Be the difference. Lead inclusive teaching that changes lives

Are you a passionate and skilled teacher with a belief that every child can succeed? Do you have the vision and expertise to lead high-quality teaching for pupils who need something additional or different?

We are seeking an exceptional Specialist Teacher to lead teaching and learning within our Inclusion Hub — a pivotal role at the heart of our commitment to inclusive education.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pilot to shape and deliver outstanding, personalised teaching for pupils who benefit from a more tailored approach. You will:

Lead the design and delivery of high-quality, adaptive teaching within the Inclusion Hub

Create a nurturing, purposeful environment where pupils can re-engage, succeed and thrive

Use skilled assessment to identify needs, plan next steps and drive meaningful progress

Develop and deliver targeted interventions that support academic, social and emotional development

Work closely with colleagues to ensure strong connections between the hub and mainstream classrooms

What Makes This Role Special

A chance to lead practice, not just deliver it

A key role in shaping a truly inclusive culture across the school

The opportunity to work with pupils in a way that is creative, responsive and impactful

Support from a committed leadership team who value innovation and expertise

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of inclusive teaching

Has experience (or a strong interest) in working with pupils with additional or complex needs

Is reflective, proactive and committed to continual improvement

Can inspire confidence in pupils, families and colleagues

Believes deeply in equity, inclusion and high expectations for every child

Our Commitment to You

We will offer:

A supportive and collaborative environment

Opportunities for professional development and leadership growth

The chance to make a genuine, lasting difference to children’s lives

If you are ready to lead teaching that transforms outcomes and opens doors for every learner, we would love to hear from you. Will consider full time, part-time and job share.

For further information about this role please contact Emma Dennis. We would welcome visits to our school.

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should we receive a high volume of suitable applications. Early application is therefore encouraged.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a self-declaration regarding any criminal record or information that may make them unsuitable to work with children. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children.
