We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive individual to join our busy school office team as a Receptionist, Admin and Reprographics Assistant. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting staff with a range of administrative and reprographics tasks to ensure the smooth running of the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming and professional reception service for visitors, parents and staff.
  • Handle incoming calls and messages promptly and courteously.
  • Manage deliveries and signing-in procedures.
  • Support staff with printing, photocopying and document production, ensuring high quality and cost-effective output.
  • Maintain reprographics equipment and stock levels, liaising with service engineers when required.
  • Assist with the preparation of booklets and official documents for school events.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the administrative team to meet deadlines and support school operations.

As a small secondary school in the area, we have built a unique sense of community based on our Christian values. This a place where everyone – students and staff alike – look out for everyone else. Our children are exceptionally loyal to their teachers, yet that loyalty has to be earned, so you’ll need great people skills and a real passion for supporting young people.
