School Administrator
32 hours a week, 37.6 weeks (term time plus 40 annualised hours to be worked when needed)
Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 7am – 1.30pm and Thursdays 7am – 3.30pm
Salary PS5: (£26,697 to 28,686 FTE). Starting pro-rata salary £20,574
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate who would like to join our welcoming team to help with the smooth running of our school. The successful candidate will have specific areas they are responsible for. These will include arranging cover for absent staff, using the school information system (Arbor) to record absence and assign appropriate cover lessons. The role will also involve coordinating school events for example, parents’ evening, open events for prospective families, NHS injections and school photos and be the contact for bus companies and school transport.
